An average person in Uganda drinks less alcohol than in Namibia

Position of Uganda is better than position of Namibia.
Both countries are leaders of the "Alcohol average daily consumption" rating. So people in Uganda and Namibia are more likely to experience problems related to the consumption of alcohol in social, healthcare, and economical areas, compared to most countries of the World.
