By accessing or using CountryRank ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the Platform. CountryRank is operated from Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
CountryRank is a gamified entertainment platform where users can "boost" countries to compete for rankings on a global leaderboard. The Platform displays a leaderboard of countries ranked by points accumulated through user boosts.
Each visitor receives a limited number of free boosts per day. Free boosts add points to a chosen country's ranking. Free boost allocations reset daily. CountryRank reserves the right to modify the number of free boosts at any time.
CountryRank is an entertainment platform. It is not gambling, betting, or any form of wagering. There are no prizes, payouts, monetary returns, or rewards associated with country rankings. Leaderboard positions carry no real-world value or entitlements.
Users agree not to: use automated tools, bots, or scripts to manipulate rankings; exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the Platform; attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service; impersonate other users or entities; use the Platform for any illegal purpose.
All content, design, branding, and code on CountryRank is the property of CountryRank and its operators. Country flags are used under standard international usage rights. Users may share links and screenshots of the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
CountryRank is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform. Leaderboard data may be reset, modified, or corrected at our discretion.
We collect minimal data necessary to operate the Platform, including browser fingerprints for boost tracking and basic analytics. We do not sell personal data to third parties. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the Platform. Continued use of CountryRank after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
